GARLIC PEELING MADE EASY

I love garlic and I use it in many of my favorite meals. I have not always found garlic easy to peel. Garlic is rich in manganese, vitamin C, vitamin B6 and many other great nutrients. And it has almost no calories. Garlic is supportive of the immune system and cardiovascular system. I am sharing the peeling method I use. Quick and simple.
Step 1 Wash your garlic.
Step 2 Place garlic in a small bowl.

Step 3 Boil some water
Step 4 Pour the hot water over the garlic in the bowl

Step 5 Wait 5-10 seconds
Step 6 Using a fork, carefully take the garlic out of the water and bowl. Place on a cutting board. Now squeeze the skin off of the garlic.

Now was that simple?
